MLA formatting answers

3. MLA formatting requires that all articles be referred to using quotation marks and that when citing an article, the title must be listed first.
4. Environmental Defense Fund is listed first in italics because it is listed as part of the website's name and second in normal font because it is the name of the publisher.
5. In an article MLA citation, the last three items listed are the publisher and date of publishing, "Web." to show it as a website, and the date one views it.
